Good to know
What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00 the next day. If you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance — we will help depending on availability.
How do deposits and payment work? +
You pay a partial deposit by bank transfer to hold the room, and the balance at check-in. We will send full details when confirming your booking by phone/Zalo.
What is included in the price? +
Nightly rates include electricity, water, wifi and basic cleaning. Each booking has a 300,000 VND cleaning fee. Weekends (Fri, Sat) are +20%, holidays +50% — all shown clearly when you check the price.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancel 7+ days before check-in for a 100% deposit refund. Cancel 3–7 days before for 50%. Within 3 days of check-in the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us early if your plans change.
Are pets allowed? +
Some units allow small pets with an extra cleaning fee. Please let us know before booking so we can arrange a suitable apartment.
